Rick Huntley is a highly skilled organization development and equity and inclusion consultant, adept at applying a Gestalt lens to facilitating change in human systems. His clients include L’Oréal USA and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

He’s an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Learning, teaching in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program. He’s also visiting faculty for NTL Institute’s ODC Europe Certificate Program in the UK.

He co-authored “Journeys of Race, Color and Culture: From Racial Inequality to Equity and Inclusion.

Rick completed graduate study at Howard University and studied organization development and leadership at the Gestalt OSD and iGOLD Centers.

Rick lives in Washington, DC.
